Ever wondered why fast food outlets don't show the nutritional information on their packaging?
Well without realising it, we could be comsuming a whole days worth of calories in ONE meal!

Don't be fooled by their"healthy" alternatives. The scary fact is that even that food has additional sugar, sodium and fat which means that a salad could be just as unhealthy as a burger.

I personally enjoy fast food every now and then but for those of us out there who eat fast food on a more regular basis, just keep in mind that they hide the nutritional information for a reason.
